This was my first time going to Jan and I will certainly by back. He is extremely knowlwdgeable and very skilled. After a consultation on my pain he advised adding cupping therapy and was great at explaining what he was doing and why. The massage was absolutly fantastic and I felt the benefit of it for days. Jan is lovely and personable and the treatment room is very clean and peaceful. I would 100% recommend Jan to anyone who is looking for a top qaulity massage.

I have been attending Jan for over a year and he has been a revelation. I was having pain in my lower back/hip for over a year and different approaches weren't working. I really recommend visiting Jan at Castlewood Clinic in Rathmines. Jan invests a lot of time, care and interest in his clients. He begins his consult with some resistance, strength and flexibility tests to pinpoint which muscles are not functioning properly. He then uses a combination of Be Activated (breathing and applied pressure to certain points) and deep tissue techniques. This helps strengthens the core muscles and improve the body's performance. Personally, I found the techniques relieved my lower back pain and improved my overall body strength. One of the great things about Jan's approach is that he provides you with all the knowledge and skills you need to look after and strengthen your own body. Highly recommended!
